Rachel's Smoked Salmon Dip

And yet another delicious recipe Rachel made for my (Henry’s) baby shower! Serve with Triscuits or some other cracker.

  • 1 (8-ounce) tub light cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped, divided- Dill sprigs (optional)
  • Triscuits or cracker of your choosing

Combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor. Add half of the salmon; process until smooth. Fold in remaining half of salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired. Serve with crackers.
