Once upon a time Rachel made fajitas for dinner and then found a recipe for fried ice cream that isn’t really fried. This is it.
Coarsely crush the cereal. Scoop out solid ice cream scoop size balls. Roll in crushed cereal to coat. Put back in the freezer to harden. Remove from freezer. Arrange in individual bowls. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
