Heat over to 350. Grease 9x13” pan. In large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; mix well. Add milk and egg; blend well. Spread in greased pan. Sprinkle raisins, apples and pecans over batter. In small bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and apples are tender. Serves 12.
