Lemon Meringue Pie

I like this pie.
- 1 box. lemon pudding, plus ingredients for normal preparation (follow box instructions)
- 1 baked pie crust
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Prepare lemon pudding and pour into pie crust. Prepare meringue: beat egg whites and cream of tartar; beat in sugar until stiff; add vanilla. Swirl on top of pie and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees until tips are brown.
